USER REVIEW

My Fiance' and I have been to questions several times since it opened. Each time we are pleasantly surprised at the number of people dancing. I mean, really dancing, on the dance floor. Yes, it may be a slightly older crowd (we are both 54 years old) but not ready for the rocking chairs!

If you arrive before 9pm there is NO cover charge. We made a point this past Saturday night to get in before 9pm. We found a parking spot and sat for a bit as we didn't want to be the first to enter Questions. As we sat there we noticed many people going in! We decided to venture in for ourselves. Immediately we noticed there were about 5 couples dancing and at 8:50pm! Wow! At other clubs no one gets out to dance until around 10:30pm or so.

Yes, this is an older crowd on Disco night. But, we are finding that there are more and more younger people coming to Questions.

True, the music can get hot or cold...but, that just gives us a break from tearing it up.

True, the loudness of the music isn't making your ears bleed. But, at least I can carry on a conversation...

Food appears to be in abundance at the buffet. Chicken, chicken and more chicken. I've not been brave enough to saddle up to the trough and put on the feedbag. But, maybe some day I will.

Overall, on Saturday night's it appears that a couple can actually get on the relatively uncrowded dance floor and move about without bumping into everyone. In my mind, this is a plus. Swing dancing and shadow dancing is not an issue here since there is never hoards and throngs of people on the dance floor.

I always feel safe at Questions on Saturday night as it doesn't appear to be drawing a crowd that might be "acting out."

Like I said, I've been to Questions around 4 times and only on Saturday nights. But, I believe it deserves and chance by everyone that is tired of the mosh pit, head bagging and drunken throngs that frequent other places.

My God, I'm starting to sound like a freaking commercial for Questions.... ugh. Just to set the record straight I have zero affiliation with any club, bar, tavern or eatery in PGH or anywhere else. These places just "use me" to help pay their rent like so many other people here on BarSmart and in the Burgh!

I really thought this was going to be posted in another area under "reviews." and not in the general discussion area...

I think I have way too much time on my hands... I suppose cabin fever is setting in?

Yeah, it's not getting any warmer.

The $10 dollar cover is WAY too much even if it does include a free buffet. I really believe the location is hurting this place from being a decent place for the over 30 crowd. The drinks can be a little over priced too, has anyone seen the wine list prices here??? $300 + for a bottle...come on!
