If looking for a place with great deals on drinks (cheap!), this is the place to go! There's even a weekly DJ for the ones who like to go out and dance. It is rather small though, with an older crowd here. But all in all, a pretty good place for drinks!

The White Hawk Cafe is a surprisingly fun place. They hired a D.J. the night I was there and he was great! He played a variety of music and even played a song I mentioned I loved. The regulars are very friendly and made me feel like a member of the club. The bartender was great at giving every patron her attention. The owner was also there making sure everyone was having a good time, which I thought was amazing! I would definitely go back to the White Hawk!

Great place, Standard bar area on the first floor and a space for shows in the basement. Staff is nice as hell, and they have pizza bites! Somthing for everybody if you find yourself in Penn Hills.

The White Hawk has a little bit of everything a person could want. It's got very reasonable beer/drink prices, A nice Deck area if you prefer drinking out doors on a nice warm night, a DJ on weekends playing all your favorite requests, Live bands playing in the downstairs bar area, the bartenders are fast and friendly (not to mention Hot as Hell), and this place has a diverse crowd that comes close to equaling Jack's. I've only started going there over the last few months to see bands and it's quickly become one of my favorite hangouts on this side of the city. If you find yourself in the Monroeville area and in need of a beer, I highly recommend checking this place out!

I love this place. It is what I expect when I think of the definition of a bar. Harley jackets/NASCAR t-shirts/old factory workers/mullets/friendly bar tenders/$0.75 drafts on Wednesday/ $0.25 drafts Thursday and Friday/Karaoke Wednesday...oh this place is loads of fun. You will be sure to make new friends. There are pool tables, darts, and there is a bar downstairs, but really, once you walk in you won't want to leave the bar on the top floor. I am giving this bar a high rating, but if you are one of those fans of a swanky and/or younger crowd type hang out, you won't be too excited about this place. The White Hawk is a real bar.
