very small, and when busy it gets very packed and hard to move. Very cool place though.

Just did a promotional event for BarSmart here. It was my first time ever there and I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was very chill and a nonsmoking bar which I think definitely is a plus. It was a Monday night from 7 to 9 and they had $5dollar burgers and fries from 5-10pm. For you vegetarian or those who just don't eat beef you can substitue for the veggie burger or turkey burger..yuuummmmm:) They have alot of interesting beer and the staff are all very nice and professional. I particularly liked the paintings on the celing and how there were bicycles hanging. They have specials everyday from what I saw of it and flat screens also to watch sporting events. GO PENS and STEELERS.. You should check it out if your on the Southside.

I was disappointed by their small selection of draft beer. My wife and I were the only customers in the dining area and only 3 people at the bar. Yet the bartender/waiter was more concerned with conversation with the people at the bar. The food was good but the portions weren't memorable. With the amount of competition on the South Side, having a bicycle hang upside down isn't going to make this bar remain.

Over the Bar is definately an overlooked bar. Service is always quick and friendly. I'm not much of a bike rider, but I still appreciate the bike hanging from the ceiling and all of the local art on the walls. Very clean and well lit. This is a great after work spot.
