A few minutes north of downtown Pittsburgh, in historic Troy Hill, is a family owned tradition. A homey, rustic dining room, with real wood accents belie the fun and friendly atmosphere that is Billy's Troy Hill Bistro. Established in 1984, by William M. Armstrong, Billy's has been Pittsburgh's place for affordable food, good times, and the friendliest place this side of Philly to set your hat down. Try the Black Diamond Steak, that we are famous for. Or how about the full bar, with Premium Californian wines. Billy's even has a children's menu. And it's all served by the friendly staff.
In December 1998, William Armstrong retired and sold the restaurant to his nephew James A. Bougher. Jim, who has worked at the restaurant for several years, invites you to stop by for lunch, happy hour, dinner, or a relaxing, fun evening.
